Welcome to GATESYS PLUS. These terms govern your use of our cloud ERP, accounting, and ZATCA e-invoicing platform.

1. Scope of Service

GATESYS PLUS provides cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP), ZATCA Phase 2 electronic invoicing, accounting, and inventory management services for organizations operating in Saudi Arabia.

2. Customer Obligations & Compliance

The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of financial data, VAT numbers, and transactions entered into the system in accordance with applicable Saudi laws.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. Subscription renewals are payable via official bank transfer or supported payment methods.
