Terms of Service

Welcome to GATESYS PLUS. These terms govern your use of our cloud ERP, accounting, and compliant e-invoicing platform.

1. Scope of Service

GATESYS PLUS provides cloud enterprise resource planning (ERP) services for organizations registered in Saudi Arabia, including: ZATCA-compliant electronic invoicing covering both Phase 1 (invoice generation and QR codes) and Phase 2 (direct integration with the Fatoora platform, including e-invoicing device setup, digital certificate issuance, and invoice signing and submission to the Authority); accounting; and inventory management. ZATCA Phase 2 is included on every subscription plan at no additional charge.

2. Customer Obligations & Compliance

The customer assumes full responsibility for the accuracy and legality of financial data, VAT numbers, and transactions entered into the system in accordance with applicable Saudi laws. The customer further acknowledges that full compliance with e-invoicing (Phase 2) requirements also depends on the customer providing accurate regulatory data to the system (such as VAT number, Commercial Registration, and National Address) and completing their own registration with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority on the Fatoora platform; GATESYS PLUS is not responsible for any delay or rejection resulting from incomplete or incorrect data, or from the customer's failure to complete their registration with the Authority.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period. Subscription fees are payable via bank transfer to the company's official account. Online payment (Mada / cards) is coming soon.

Legal Entity Operating the Service

GATESYS PLUS is a software product operated by Gatesys Company, a company registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Gatesys Company is the party to this agreement and the data controller for information processed through the platform.
